Michelle Ellis, CPA, CVA, is a Principal at K·Coe Isom, LLP. Michelle has over 13 years of audit, forensic, and business valuation experience. In addition to being an active member of Central Valley Collaborative Law Affiliates, Michelle is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and has been awarded the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). This designation is awarded to select members of NACVA who have completed a specified curriculum of study of professional business valuation techniques, concepts and procedures, and has successfully completed an examination of those standards.
Michelle belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accounts (CalCPA). Michelle is an active member of the Family Law Section of CalCPA. Additionally, Michelle is a member of the Audit Committee for the United Way of Fresno County.
